Please Be Careful - Make Good Decisions PDF  | Print |

Recently, there have been a number of people getting in trouble for various issues.  I would like to ask each of you to take a few seconds to consider that these are tumultuous times and your abrupt decisions could be very costly.

For instance, a lot of things can happen to our members who choose to drink and drive.  Remember, drinking and driving is not an accident that just happens.  It’s a choice that you make.  Unfortunately the consequences of your choice are almost all bad: death, serious injury (to you or someone else), jail, heavy fines, and suspension of driving privileges, living with a guilty conscience, or nightmares that won’t go away. Worst of all, by choosing to ignore the risks associated with drinking and driving, you could threaten the security and well-being of your family.

Please remember to be careful and don’t risk your safety or your family’s happiness. If you need a ride then call a taxi, a friend or a family member.  It could be the most cost effective decision you’ve ever made.

Be safe,

Chris Sherburne, President
